Camp Details

  • Dates: June 18 – August 22, 2025
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
  • Meals: Morning and afternoon snacks provided, along with a healthy, five-part lunch
  • Location: 9 Resnik Road, Plymouth, MA
  • Licensed by: Plymouth Board of Health

Enrollment Information

How to Enroll

For current members:

  1. Submit a completed Summer Camp Application.
  2. Provide a recent physical and immunization record.
  3. Pay a non-refundable $25 deposit per child, per week to reserve a spot.

For families receiving a childcare voucher:

          • The deposit and membership fee are waived.
          • You must submit a new Confirmation of Provider form, along with the Summer Camp Application and your child’s physical and immunization record.

For non-members or those renewing membership:

  1. Submit a Membership Application along with a $50 annual membership fee.
  2. Provide a completed Summer Camp Application and physical and immunization record.
  3. Pay a non-refundable $25 deposit per child, per week. (For example, signing up for 10 weeks requires a $250 deposit.)

Payment & Attendance Policies

  • Payments are due every Thursday for the upcoming week.
  • Overdue balances will result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  • If you need to modify your child’s schedule, notify staff by Thursday to secure a spot for the following week.
  • Payments can be made via Procare (our online system), over the phone, or in person at the club.

Recent physical and immunization records
Medication forms (if applicable)

  • Medication Consent Form
  • Individual Health Care Plan
  • Copy of medication order for each medication

Camp Pricing

Smarter Fun Summer Camp Weekly Rates
  • 5 days: $275 / $250 sibling rate
  • 4 days: $255 / $240 sibling rate
  • 3 days: $225 / $210 sibling rate
    📌 No one-day or two-day rates available.
Counselors-in-Training (Ages 14 & 15)
  • 5 days: $135
  • 3 days: $115

Additional Fees

  • 6-year-old campers require additional staffing per state law: $10 weekly surcharge.
  • Extra camp shirts: $15 each. (First shirt is free)

Camp Policies & Safety Guidelines

Campers are divided by age group. Ages 11-13 are in a separate group unless the 10:1 camper-to-staff ratio requires adjustments.
All campers must have a current club membership ($50 per child).
Closed-toe shoes are required – flip-flops and sandals are not allowed for safety reasons.
Camp shirts must be worn daily. A free color-coded t-shirt (by age) is provided to each camper.


Weekly Themes & Activities

Campers enjoy art, science, gym activities, outdoor play (weather permitting), computer lab, quiet reading, and social recreation.
