Garreth J. Lynch, Ph.D.
Garreth is a former English teacher, State Representative, Mayor of Westfield, MA, and a doctoral graduate of the Nelson Rockefeller Graduate School of Administration and Policy of Albany University, New York. He was Vice President of Administration and Finance at Westfield State College.
He is a former “Club kid” and has been associated with the Boys & Girls Club Movement for more than 40 years.

Business Manager
Karon Wierman
Karon earned her Bachelor Degree in Finance from Bentley University.
In a short time, Karon has brought staff professionalism to our internal fiscal controls and donor relations. She handles Club accounting, donor & alumni records, grant compliance, and personnel records.
She has taken advanced training offered by the national organization (BGCA) in Resource Development and the acclaimed Management II program. Karon also offers members the Money Matters program.

Education Director
Mara London
Mara holds a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from Keene State College. As Education Director, she is responsible for our CompassZone program which is fully enrolled (52) for the first time.
Mara has re-established the Torch Club leadership program for younger teens, upgraded the ClubTech program, entered members in the national Digital Arts Festival, and promoted board games that require creative thinking.

Jenni White
Jenni holds a B.S. in Psychology and Education from Westminster College. She had been a public school teacher. Since August 2008, Jenni has revitalized our fitness & nutrition programs, Healthy Habits, the Keystone Club, community outreach, daily individual fitness challenges, and more.
